Shannon VanDeByl - Client Services Manager

Shannon is the "glue" of the company who provides the ultimate service for our clients. Shannon is responsible for the client service activities and operations of the business. Outside the office, Shannon enjoys reading and spending quality time
with her husband and son exploring the outdoors. One of Shannon's dream goals is to travel to Europe and explore its many historical landmarks.

Rachel helps put our ideas into action. She is responsible for handling all of the Teneo marketing activities and keeps the business moving and growing the right direction. Outside the office Rachel enjoys spending time with her friends and family and playing with her two kittens Freddie and Tiger. One of Rachel’s dreams is to swim in the Adriatic Sea.

Sales Coach & Trainer

Teneo Results is hiring a contract Sales Coach/Facilitator who will lead and facilitate Teneo’s EDGE program. As a successful candidate you are a; dynamic forward thinking sales expert with 5+ years of sales leadership experience and a successful sales track record - ideally in a B2B market, 1-2 years of sales training experience, and a certified coach or 2-3 years of coaching experience. As a successful candidate you will also have your CSP (Certified Sales Professional designation from the CPSA association) or are willing to earn your CSP designation.

 

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Weekly coaching/facilitation of Teneo’s EDGE Group Coaching program
• 1:1 Coaching call with EDGE participants in week 2-3 of the program
• Continuous program and content development of EDGE program
• Participation in Teneo’s Annual Planning Session, Quarterly meetings and weekly action planner calls

 

This is a contract position, requiring approximately 2-6 hours of group sales coaching per week, plus 1:1 coaching calls (approx 10 calls during week 2-3 of the program). We plan to launch approx 10-15 programs in 2009 and this will be dependant of client and participant demand. You will work from your own office location to facilitate coaching through telephone and webinar format. Some travelling to Southwestern Ontario/Toronto maybe required.
