 The Certified Sales Professional Process

Complete the education requirement that demonstrates competence in Consultative Selling

Teneo is a accredited CPSA Training Partner and can deliver this training to your sales team in a 2 or 3 day Sales Training/Conference option.

To help solidify, apply and advance the skills of your team, we recommend the “Professional Selling Coaching – 12 week interactive group coaching program.
This will help re-enforce the learning into practice with your sales team speaking the same sales language, practicing the sales strategies in front of your customers and applying the sales tools that will advance their skills, impress your customers and earn incremental sales revenue.

CSP Exam Certification Process

CPSA has examiners in major cities across Canada, US, Dubai and Cypress.  Your sales team can travel to our offices or we can provide an examiner to your corporate office (at least 6 persons). The CSP Certification Process is a two-part process:

• Written Exam
• Oral Exam, asking questions to demonstrate your sales competency, plus you are given a selling scenario.  Applying the Consultative Selling process to demonstrate your selling skills.

One must earn 65% to pass and 85% with earn your CSP with Distinction.
Many corporate sales teams are raising the bar with their Sales Leaders earning their CSP with Distinction and challenging their sales reps to do the same.  Sales Awards Ceremony are recognizing the outstanding efforts of their sales teams, with pride.
