Our individual Sales Coaching programs run in 90-day cycles to accelerate your sales performance and maximize your effectiveness. Many of our clients commit to one year of coaching, to help build momentum for sustained success all year long. To kick off your coaching program, you first complete a Profile XT Assessment. This online "total person" assessment measures the various job-related qualities that you need to be productive – Thinking and Reasoning Style, Behavioural Traits, and Occupational Interests - and benchmarks you against a successful salesperson. This helps us to get to know you, your style and your preferences so we can create a personalized coaching program that is guaranteed to catapult your sales success.
Then we work with you to develop the personal and professional goals that you'll work towards throughout the program. We are so confident in our approach that we guarantee you will generate enough incremental income during the 90-day program that it will more than pay for itself!
Ride Along Component* - We do provide 1:1 coaching & evaluation while you are in action in front of your clients to help you develop, enhance and/or master your sales skills. *This option is available in the GTA, and Southwestern Ontario, but is subject to additional costs and availability.
You can also add 1:1 Coaching to any of our other programs to further enhance your sales success & commitment.
