Linda Kern is an energetic facilitator with over 20 years in sales, management and training. Her experience working within many industries has provided her with a unique breadth and depth of skills and knowledge. Her sales experience includes 10 years with a large Canadian multi-national manufacturer where she was responsible for a sales base of over $1 million much of which she developed through her account penetration and prospecting efforts. Linda prides herself in understanding the needs of your sales team, obtaining their buy-in and then customizing the training and coaching to address those needs. When not doing this important work, Linda spends time with her husband and two girls skiing in the winter, going to movies and cycling in the summer. She is also a member of a book club in Oakville. One of Linda's dream goals is to take her family to Australia to meet her many relatives with whom she has recently reconnected.
Shannon is the "glue" of the company who provides the ultimate service to our clients. Shannon is responsible for client services and business operational activities. Outside the office, Shannon enjoys reading, camping with her husband and two sons, and spending time in the great outdoors. One of Shannon's dream goals is to travel to Europe with her family to experience its many historical landmarks.
