As part of your Strategic Planning session, we will help you create a Strategic Sales Plan based on your 3 Year Vision. As a team you will develop 3 Year, 1 Year, 90 Day and 7 Day Goals and Tasks. This facilitated process gives your team a shared purpose, a blueprint for success, and helps them to narrow their focus and stay on track to achieve your 3 Year Vision.
